My crinoline skirt is a very gathered skirt that sits on top of a crinoline. There is a 1" waistband and grommets in the back to allow for lacing up. The skirt is attached to the crinoline at the waistband so it is all one piece. Grommets are available in gold, silver, or bronze and are 6mm in diameter.
The fabric in the photo is made from a lightweight upholstery fabric, however the crinoline does really well in an kind of woven fabric. I have a large selection of fabrics that this would be great in, however we can always source you another fabric. I unfortunately do not have any more of this exact fabric.
