This piece is a front tying top with puff sleeves. This blouse is so cute to throw on top of an outfit, or to wear solo. The front has a deep V, with fringe (or beading) detailing on top of a slight peplum extension.
The fabric in the photo is made from a lightweight velvet fabric, however this blouse does really well in an kind of woven drapey fabric. I no longer have the fabric in the image available, however I have a large selection of fabrics that this would be great in. DM to see choices
