The Bloom Bustier is a fitted, non boned, tank top that features a ribbon tie up back that creates a fitted waist. The straps are 1/2" and adjustable, while the neckline is a wide scoop. The hem of this top hits about an inch and a half below the belly button. The patchwork is made up of different upholstery fabric scraps and trimming to match.
